This site is dedicated to the memory of Newton Ekpo.
Newton Ekpo was born in Lagos, Nigeria on October 24, 1951. He was a very loving Husband, Father, Son, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle, Friend, and selfless community and church Leader. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his family, relatives and friends.

To the Ekpo Family,
Please know that we at Alliant International University, Fresno Campus, both loved and admired Newton. He was an inspiration to us, with his positive attitude, his loving ways, and the joy that always seemed to be with him, even in times of illness. We look forward, to bestowing the posthumous degree at graduation this June, 2012. It will be our honor to present this degree, knowing of his love for education.

Newton was not only a classmate but he was also a fatherly figure to me. He could always tell when I was worried or in deep thought. Newton would come to me and say Sister Nicole it will be ok. I will miss his smile and positive attitude about life.
